The Drifters Colorado Springs Concert reviews
In every way he wanted it to be, the concert was excellent. He made it more refreshing, less classical, by adjusting his tour from what he had been presenting in his earlier presentations across the Mexican Republic to be more "pop" than his others. Well selected were the songs he sung, hitting all audiences, I think. Since I was 4, I have followed him, and I am now 25, seeing him more mature vocally than I have in prior years. If you were at the concert this past Friday, I can tell you that you were in the presence of the best pop vocalist in the world. He sung very well for a 3/4 full AT&T Center. The way that he sung was of a mature The Drifters, caressing each note as if it was the Madison Square Garden. I have seen him before in San Antonio, and I felt this time he held back less. In a quick summary, and true fans would say that we was on his game. He is not a circus dancer, so don't expect flips or fireworks. Simply the best, he is the best vocalist in Spanish, and you pay to hear him sing, not dance.
